 Appointments

pen_on_diaryMorning surgery is by appointment, although the first appointment for each Doctor on duty  is kept for on the day walk-ins on a  first come first served basis. Please call between 08:00 - 10:00 if you want to be seen that morning. If your problem is not that urgent or if the surgery is extemely busy you may be asked to come at another time to avoid a very long wait. Some slots can be reserved up to a week ahead.

Evening surgeries are by appointment only and can be booked up to a week ahead in some cases. We do have short emergency-only slots available that can be booked on the day but we would ask patients not to abuse this facility.

A standard appointment time is 10 minutes.

All appointments can be booked by telephoning 0118 940 3939

On line appointments are now available please  register with the practice.

On line Application Form  Print and bring into the practice with your Id and when you receive your log in go to www.patient-services.co.uk

The surgery uses an automated calling system if you would prefer not to be called in this manner please speak to a receptionist.

If you are visiting one of our branch surgeries it is essential that you telephone the main surgery first in order for your notes to be made available.

Telephone Consultations

If you feel that your problem could be dealt with over the telephone rather than by visiting the surgery please call and leave your details with reception. The doctor will call you back.

Medical Students

Please note that we help with the important training needs of medical students and nurses and will often involve them in patient consultations. We will however always ask your permission before doing so and will understand if you say no.
