The practice has a computerised repeat prescription system and with the doctor's agreement you can make requests in one of the following ways:
Hand them in to reception
By fax to 0118 940 1357
Online if you are a registered user
By post remembering to include a SAE if you want us to post your prescription back to you.
Alternatively you can make requests online by following the link to this page and carrying out a simple registration. If you would like an acknowledgement of receipt, please activate your " read receipt" when sending your e-mail.
Please allow three working days notice for requests to be processed.
For safety reasons we only accept telephone requests in exceptional circumstances. If you live over one mile from the chemist we can dispense your medicines. They can also be collected from the main surgery or delivered to Knowl Hill on a Monday or Waltham St Lawrence on a Tuesday.
New Service now available
Online ordering of repeat prescriptions is via the same 'portal' as is used for online appointment booking which works with smart phones and tablets too. The Registration Form is available from reception or can be accessed here
Order your repeat prescription through patient services website
Application for on line services
Please note: this facility is currently only available for patients aged 16yrs and over. You will need to complete the form and return it to the Reception desk, bringing two forms of identification with you - any two of the following three documents are acceptable: 1) passport; 2) driving licence; 3) bank statement/utility bill.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or a practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and you will be notified when this is necessary.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment in time to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
