Administration

They are also happy to help with any queries regarding insurance claims, gun licensing, or need a copy of your medical records.
Reception
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries.
Receptionists handle most of the patient calls in to the surgery and create appointments with the GP’s and nurses, they also manage Long term condition review coordination and Filing hospital letters. They are triage trained and can direct you to the most appropriate service whether that is in the practice or external health providers.
Medical Secretaries
Supporting our GPs with much of their referral work, our secretaries ensure patient referrals (urgent and routine) and incoming X-rays are processed quickly and efficiently. They are experts in knowing who to contact in the hospitals and other health care providers external to the practice. They arrange hospital transport for patients and process all the post in and out of the practice on a daily basis. Our team also prepare medical reports and summaries and provide correspondence for patients when needed.
