Calls between 8:00am and 9:00am are for urgent on the day appointments online. For all routine pre bookable appointments please only phone the surgery after 9:00am.
The surgery uses a call back service, this enables the patient to hold their position in the queue without the need to remain on the call. You can select this option by pressing 9 and a receptionist will be alerted when it is your turn in the holding queue.
A standard appointment time is 15 minutes.
If you require blood tests to be completed that have been requested by a GP or by a hospital, you can now book this via the NHS App directly into the phlebotomy appointments without the need to contact the surgery.
