All patients at Wargrave surgery can now use the NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone, tablet, or computer. You can use the NHS App for health advice, order repeat prescriptions and checking test results.
The NHS app is available for Android or iPhones, you can also access the NHS App services from the browser on your desktop or laptop computer.

If you have not used the NHS App before, there is a
self-registration process within the app to create an “NHS login”.

If you have registered your account with the NHS App you do not need to apply for Patient Access through the Wargrave surgery website as the NHS App will provide you with the same information.
