Vaccination Update October 2021 – Wargrave Surgery

As stated in previous surgery announcements we are holding several clinics on Saturday the 9th of October.

  • We are holding a COVID clinic for the initial 3rd Jab for the immunosuppressed and over 80 years of age. This will run from the surgery between the hours of 08:30 to 13:00.
  • We will also run a Flu clinic to run in tandem with the above for the same patient group. This will be run from the Fire Station at the same time as the COVID clinic. Please attend the COVID clinic first.
  • We are going to run a further Flu clinic in the afternoon for our patients aged between 65 -79 years of age from the Fire Station between the hours of 14:00 to 17:00. This will be a non bookable event but an open clinic with 600 vaccines available. It will be on a first come first served basis.

As with all our flu clinics, a consent form will be required prior to receiving your vaccination.

They can be found under the downloadable forms on the website or from the reception team in the surgery. View and download our downloadable forms.

Please can we stress that there is no requirement for you to contact the practice regarding the dates of up-and-coming clinics, we will contact you directly to invite you to book your slot once a clinic has been organised. We will be unable to complete the above cohorts in one clinic run due the volume of patients in these groups and vaccine levels held in surgery, please bear with us, we are working as fast as we can to ensure every permissible patient receives their jabs as soon as possible.

Please do not call the reception team regarding the above but rather use our forms below to contact the surgery:

We appreciate your patience.
