Prescriptions
Please follow the guidelines and choose the right option for you.
Ordering a repeat prescription
You can usually collect your prescription 3 working days after you have ordered it.
For safety reasons we no longer accept telephone requests unless in exceptional circumstances. If you live over one mile from the chemist, we can dispense your medicines.
When you order a prescription online, you can have it sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice. This is called a nomination.
Order online
The easiest way to order your prescription is by using our online services.
- use your NHS account (through the NHS website or in the NHS App)
- use online services
In person
Hand your prescription request into reception or use the drop box situated outside, next to the surgery entrance.
