Effective Sunday, March 30th 2025, we are streamlining the process for handling repeat prescription requests and will be closing the repeat medication form on the the surgery website.
We request that patients with an online account place their repeat medication orders through the App.. or online account via a computer. This will reduce turnaround time, minimise ordering errors, and enable patients to track the progress of their order through their online account. For patients with out online accounts or access to a computer/compatible mobile device can make their medication request through their local pharmacy, continue to hand in their paper requests via the drop box at the surgery entrance or directly in to the reception team.
